This student housing option has one bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette / living area with pull out couch. This unit does not have a washer/dryer but a portable washer can be installed depending on availability. Kitchen is fully equipped with mini fridge, microwave, and dishwasher as well as being fully furnished with all new furniture including a kind size bed. While not having an oven, the stove top and convection microwave provide you with everything you need for your cooking needs. 

One pet per unit.

This unit has a shared meter with the larger unit attached to it. As such, electricity is split 60/40 (40% for this one) regardless of usage. 

Rental price is $1000 plus $100 prepaid electricity fee (any usage below will be refunded, and any surplus will be charged).
